Terms & ConditionsOrderingAll orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions. This applies to ink cartridge, toner cartridge and all other items sold on this site. The ’confirmation’ stage sets out the final details of your order. You will be viewing this in a secure server screen. When you place your order you will be sent an automatic confirmation email. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it. Please see Returns and Replacements section. Please print out the order confirmation for your own records. You will need the ’Order Number’ supplied to you after completing an order by email for correspondences with us regarding your order. Payment, Pricing & PromotionsWe require full payment at the time we receive your order in all cases where the product is ready for dispatch. The price you pay is the price displayed in the website-shopping basket at the time we receive your order. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Payment can be made securely by PayPal and Sage Pay No credit card details are held in our possession at any time. All International (Non-UK) orders please fully complete the online order form and submit. Once we have received your order, we will contact you regarding full cost (including shipping). All transactions will be paid by bank transfer; details will be made available upon acceptance of charges. Goods will not be sent until payment is received in full. All prices include VAT (where applicable) and bank card charges at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges, unless expressly stated otherwise. VAT will be deducted at time of process for those areas that are VAT exempt. LiabilityYou will become the owner of the goods once delivered to you. Once delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction. Registered Office & DetailsAddress: 70 Greenhill Rise, Corby, Northants, NN18 0LP Returns & ReplacementsIf within 7 days of receipt of your delivery you are unhappy with your purchase we will attempt to reasonably put the matter right either by means of Credit–Refund or Exchange. We will accept any items you are unhappy about subject to the Distance Seling Regulation 2000 where you have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery (7 day cooling off period). All monies including the original delivery cost are refunded if the goods are cancelled within the 7 day cooling off period. The goods should be returned back to us and the cost of delivery will need to be covered by you. Goods must not have been used and be returned in the original packaging with all labels and tags still intact/affixed. Goods must be in a resell-able condition (we reserve the right to charge a fee to replace product packaging which is damaged or defaced). We recommend goods are sent back on a recorded insured delivery service and packaged in a secure/adequate manner as we cannot be liable for their loss or damage whilst in transit. You must inform us by email of your wish to cancel the contract to return goods for credit or exchange prior to return and within the 7 day cooling off period ending.The goods should be returned back to us and the cost of both inward and outward delivery will need to be met by you. DeliveryCartridge Resolutions operates and supplies to the UK only. If you wish to purchase from outside of the UK , please contact us for more information prior to placing any orders. We may only consider receiving and accepting orders from selected European Union Member Countries on a case by case basis following direct contact. In each case we retain the right to refuse all none UK based orders and if accepted each order will be subject to additional delivery charges. We WILL NOT consider any export orders outside of the European Union... All orders will be delivered free of charge to the UK. Deliveries can take place anytime between 8am-5.30pm. If you need to request a specific time for delivery, you may need to pay a premium. If we need to re-deliver, there may be a charge dependant on the quantity of goods and location. All orders are delivered by our chosen Couriers (normally 48hrs delivery for items over 2kg) or Royal Mail (normally 24hrs to 72hrs delivery for items less than 2kg’) unless otherwise specified by a customer when making a purchase. The majority of our shipments will require a signature on receipt. It may take longer than the guide for our Couriers and Royal Mail to deliver to Northern Ireland and more remote areas of the UK. The contents, weight, value and postcode will determine which delivery service you are offered. We cannot accept orders for deliveries to PO Boxes, unless agreed with us prior to purchase.
